Should Work Be Fun? Part II



Having worked for that many years, there are some key constituents to what I considered a fun-filled work environment.  

Importantly, they are, having an open line of communications, each employee takes ownership of his/her job, and each person should know how to take appropriate risk in order to achieve higher targets, encourage creativity, boost mutual trust and respect.  


Now here's a real keen store keeper in North Cumberland, U.K. for a laugh.  

Put it this way, work CAN be fun.
