Tried 2 cocktails with a 23-year old rum in "Lily" upstairs - a painstakingly stylish interior setting and an ambiance to admire. The place was sophisticated yet casual and my recent visit was surely chilled and cool.
Downstairs is "Bloom" (yet to try), a casual brasserie-style ristorante with two-storey connected by a large atrium and a gigantic metal chandelier (which has somehow slipped my camera).
While sipping the Old Cuban, followed by the Zacapa Old-Fashioned, I thought to myself: there really is no other place like this and I am so darn lucky to be living in Hong Kong.
