Eat Right

It is Sunday morning, the edges are not as sharp as they should be after Saturday night's farewell to the week. 

While most of my healthy friends were running for the marathon at dawn, a good and hearty Soho breakfast was on the mind.

At Eat Right on Staunton Street, their calories counters gave me something to ponder and so at last, scrambled eggs cooked naked, served with spinach on rye bread became my ultimate pick - filling for the heart.
