When I was asked to join this Sake Tasting event in this restaurant, I hesitated because honestly, even with that price range, I am sure I won't be served with premium sake out of those 6 they are featuring. From past experience, I know very well if Sake wine isn't distilled in the most premium and purest form and after a whole night of mix and match - it will only get to your head the next morning!

Agree. Rather go less frequent, but go for the best/better ones.
