The Forgotten Chewy Raisin Bars

When I was a kid, I used to eat a flat, raisin, baked snack that was about a foot long, about 3 inches wide, and maybe a 1/4 inch thick.

The snack (as seen here) wasn't actually a "cookie", more like a chewy raisin cracker that had been pressed very flat and baked.

I have been longing to have this forgotten raisin bar and not managed to find it anywhere in recent years, whereas it was fairly available in supermarkets about 10 years ago.

Anyone with me on this? No?

The other day, I finally found a close substitute from Bourbon Japan...close enough for me.

Hmm don't I see it in the supermarket all the time?
